Company Background
Charoensin Asset was founded in 1993, beginning with its core business of rental accommodations. The company’s first project, Charoensinthani Bangpoo (Sam Huang Project), was developed to serve low-income individuals working in the Bangpoo Industrial Estate and nearby factories.
Driven by a commitment to continuous business development, the company now operates 17 rental projects, comprising over 33,000 units in provinces including Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Chachoengsao, Samut Sakhon, and Phuket.
Beyond its core rental business, Charoensin Asset also develops real estate for sale, such as commercial buildings, townhouse projects, condominiums, and factory land. The company is also focused on expanding into other dimensions of real estate, including 3- to 5-star hotels and serviced apartments.

Charoensin Asset’s business operations consist of three types: rental real estate, real estate for sale, and hotel service apartments, which are upcoming projects.
